REFUND POLICY

At Divas Fitness, we want you to feel confident in your journey with us. However, if things don’t go as planned, we have a straightforward refund policy that keeps things clear for everyone.

 

1. Canceling Sessions

If You Cancel in Advance: You can get a full refund if you cancel your session or course at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

 

  1. Missed or Late Cancellations : If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or don’t show up for your session, we can’t offer a refund.

  2. Unused Session Packages : If you’ve bought a package but haven’t used all the sessions, you can request a refund for any unused ones within 14 days of your first session. After that, no refunds will be provided.

 

2. Non-Refundable Services

There are some services we can’t refund, including:

  • Custom workout plans

  • Digital products like e-courses or fitness challenges after they’ve been accessed

  • Follow-up consultations once they’re booked or done

 

3. Services Can’t Be Transferred

All services (like private sessions, online courses, and fitness challenges) are for you alone. You can’t transfer them to someone else.

 

4. Program Lengths
  • Monthly Program: 30 days

  • Quarterly Program: 90 days

  • Half-Yearly Program: 180 days

  • Yearly Program: 365 days

 

Once your program starts, we don’t offer refunds for unfinished time.

 

5. Staying in Touch

It’s important to keep in contact with your fitness coach. If you go more than 7 days without responding to calls or messages and don’t give a reason, your program will be considered ended, and we won’t provide more sessions or refunds.

 

6. Our Content is Protected

Everything we give you, including workout plans and materials, belongs to Divas Fitness. You can use it for your own fitness, but sharing or reusing it without permission isn’t allowed.
 

7. Health Information

We ask that you tell us about any important health issues before starting a fitness plan. Divas Fitness isn’t responsible for any problems that arise from undisclosed health conditions.

 

8. Liability

We are not responsible for any injuries or health problems that might happen from using our services, especially if the fitness advice is not followed or done incorrectly.

 

9. Legal Information

This refund policy follows the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be handled in the courts there. For clients in Dubai, we also follow local consumer protection laws.
